Private 1 on 1 Training Term's & Conditions 

By becoming a client of Nick Aldiero Basketball, you agree to the following terms.

1. Refund Policy - We offer no refunds for any reason or circumstance. All sales are final. 
2. Missed Session Policy - Coach Aldiero has a zero tolerance policy for a missed session. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. If you communicate with Coach Aldiero 48 hours before the start time of your scheduled session, you will receive a makeup session within a 6 day period. If you do not complete the make-up session within 6 days, you will forfeit the session. 
3. Rain Policy - In the event of rain you will have 6 days to make up the session.  If the session is not made up in 6 days then you will forfeit the session. 
4. Payment Policy - By committing to the 6 week agreement, you agree that you can commit to the entire commitment. Your credit/debit card will be charged prior to the start of the first session. 
5. Training Contract - By agreeing to the 6 week program, all sessions must be completed within 6 weeks from the start date. If the sessions are not completed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. 
6. Waiver Form must be signed prior to the start of our first session together.
