TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GAME STUDY 1-ON-1 ZOOM CALL

By purchasing and participating in a Game Study 1-on-1 Zoom Call ("Session") with Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the service provided, no refunds, credits, reschedules, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Client’s inability to attend the scheduled Session.

  • Client’s dissatisfaction with the Session.

  • Technical issues on Client’s end, including internet disruptions or device malfunctions.

  • Scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Client’s failure to provide necessary materials or game footage in advance.

By purchasing, Client acknowledges and agrees that once payment is made, no portion of the fee is refundable or transferable under any circumstance.

2. SCHEDULING & ATTENDANCE

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and will be conducted via Zoom.

  • Client is responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a functioning device for the Session.

  • If Client is more than 10 minutes late, the Session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

  • In the event the Company must reschedule due to an emergency, Client will be offered an alternative date.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding Client’s skill improvement, basketball performance, or any specific results from the Session.

  • The Session is for educational and informational purposes only; it does not constitute professional athletic, medical, or psychological advice.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Client’s participation in the Session.

  • Client voluntarily assumes all risks related to participation in the Session and waives any claims against the Company, its owner, or affiliates.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Any materials, strategies, techniques, or concepts shared in the Session are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be recorded, duplicated, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • The Session may not be shared with or attended by anyone other than the registered Client without prior approval.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client agrees to actively participate in the Session and provide any necessary game footage or materials in advance, if required.

  • Client understands that success depends on their effort, application of strategies, and consistent practice outside of the Session.

6. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate a Session if Client engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior, with no refund issued.

7. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of Monmouth County, New Jersey.

By purchasing and participating in the Game Study 1-on-1 Zoom Call, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
