An evaluation session is when your athlete participates in one of our program training sessions along side current members to see if they are a fit.

If your athlete is accepted, you will be given an opportunity to enroll them into our 12 Month Committed Player Program so your athlete can take their game to the next level.

This is not for everyone. We are selective. Your athlete is being evaluated on their character.

*Not all players are accepted.

*Parents must follow our process as well for their athlete to be considered with zero issues.

Be sure to take action fast to get the spot or it will be released to our wait list.

We have beginners in the program and advanced kids in the program. All 4th - 8th graders are together. What I care about most is your athlete's character.

That being said our skills are based on the older, more skilled athlete's in the groups ability and everyone else has to catch up.

Being able to handle adversity is important to us.

No. We are not a team. Our Committed Player Program is a basketball skill development program.

We train in Howell Twp, Ocean Twp and Manasquan.

Accepted members have access to ALL 6 days of our program for max flexibility to fit any schedule.

Most athlete's attend 2x per week and on the other days do their skill assignment at home.

We don't know yet. Be sure to watch the video first and if it resonates, complete the application.

Between the video, application and in person evaluation you will 100% know if it's right or not for your athlete.

When filling out the application make sure you provide detailed answers to be considered.

If your application is selected your athlete will be invited to attend an in person evaluation session to experience the program live.

It's about 50 / 50 at the moment. We only accept well behaved, high character kids so everyone makes friends quickly.

6th grade tends to be the most common but we have younger and older in the group.

All grade levels are together 4th - 8th and we all work on the same skills.

The skills we do are based on the older athlete's level and everyone else has to catch up if younger or a beginner.

When we break off to do basket work players are partnered up with similar age athletes.

Our program is a true basketball education. We focus on detailed teaching of offensive skills.

Teams focus on the X's and O's. We focus on your athlete's individual skill set regardless of the position they play.

All the families in our program are busy. Everyone has multiple kids, who play multiple sports, on multiple teams.

We offer 6 days a week access to all members for flexibility + online coaching + mental performance coaching for 12 consecutive months. So there are plenty of opportunities to use the program.

Most families attend about 2x per week. Sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the week.

The families that prioritize their athlete reaching their basketball potential always find a way to make it work.

Yes. If accepted, your athlete will have 12 Consecutive Months Access.

The Committed Player Program is for committed athlete's who are serious about improving. The goal is to get a result of a true basketball skill and confidence transformation. 

It is a 12 Month Program because getting better takes time and consistency.

It is normal to miss time when things come up like vacations. You can attend more when you come back. 

Our most committed members do our skill assignments on vacation and post their videos to get coaching.

No. Schedule stays the same year round with exception to a few changes here and there when a gym isn't available once in a while.

No. Once a member you have full access to the program for max flexibility with no other steps needed. You do not have to schedule when your athlete is attending. And you don't have to tell us when they can't make it.

The only time you have to schedule is for an evaluation session because only one new player is allowed to do their eval at a time.

Because of the flexibility the numbers will fluctuate. 

For Example: One Saturday we had 6 kids and then the next day on Sunday we had 20 kids.

The session is always organized and structured no matter what.
