Terms and Conditions
We protect the integrity of each player, parent or coach who uses our programs.
This is not a "league". We do not have uniforms, referees or trophies.
This is an opportunity for players to work on skills/concepts, get coached in a non pressure environment & learn how to play the game with others
This is not a guarantee your child will be on a particular team.
Team play is ALWAYS encouraged but it is not a guarantee your child will score a certain amount of points or have the ball passed to them as much as they'd like.
This is not a guarantee there will be other players of the same age, gender or skill level as your child
There will be no spectators/parents in the gym or lobby area during training.
There are no make ups for missing sessions. If you miss then you have forfeited that training session and it can not be used as a credit for another time. If you do not use it, you lose it.
Payments and Refund Policy
The Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC Payment and Refund policy is in place to protect our integrity, as well as the moral and hard working athletes in our program.
We have a no-refund policy in place to protect the integrity of our company and our customers.
This includes all physical products, digital training programs, personal online coaching, all zoom programs, 3 on 3 programs, 1-1 In person private training, in person group skills training, seasonal clinics & camps.
Under no circumstance do we offer refunds within the program. If you cannot agree to the terms and conditions, our programs will not be suitable for your child.
Nick Aldiero Basketball customers are serious about developing in basketball, period.
If you have any customer support questions before purchasing a program, we are always here to help.
Excessive refund requests will be blacklisted from our community and not be accepted.
If you are a committed parent purchasing one of our products - you agree to our terms on this website.
We stand firm in our policy because of the results each program has proven with players worldwide.
Program alterations
Coach Nick Aldiero reserves the right to make changes to any of the programs at any time under his discretion.
Liability
Nick Aldiero, Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC and anyone working for him is not liable for any injury, harm or illness to you or your child. You understand the risk involved and do not hold us responsible in anyway shape or form.
Media Release
You are granting permission to Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC, hereinafter known as the “Media” to use your child's image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications such as any social media platform or instructional videos.
You are waiving any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
