Private Group Training Term's & Conditions
By becoming a client of Nick Aldiero Basketball, you agree to the following terms.
- Refund Policy - We offer no refunds for any reason or circumstance. All sales are final.
- Missed Session Policy - Coach Aldiero has a zero tolerance policy for a missed session. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. And no make up is given.
- 48 hour rule The only time a make up will be granted is if ALL members of the small group cannot make the session as long ALL parents communicate that with Coach Aldiero 48 hours in advance before the session is set to take place. If ALL players in the group give proper notice than the group will receive a makeup session within a 6 day period. If the group lets me know 47 hours or less before the next training session than no make up session will be given. If the group does communicate in the given time frame than they will be given 6 days to make it up or they have forfeited that session.
- Rain Policy - In the event of rain there is two options. #1 The group will have 6 days to make up the session. If the session is not made up in 6 days then you will forfeit the session. #2 30 minutes of training can be added to the next two sessions.
- Payment Policy - By making payment, you agree that you can commit to the entire commitment. Your credit/debit card will be charged prior to the start of the first session.
- Training Contract - By agreeing to the entire duration of the program, all sessions must be completed within the time frame stated on the payment page. If the sessions are not completed in a timely manner, you will forfeit the sessions. For example: If you are signing up for an 8 week program, all sessions must be completed within those 8 weeks from the start date.
- Time - All members of the group are expected to arrive on time & prepared to train. We will always start & end on time. For example: If our session is at 10am and you arrive at 10:10am you now only have 50 minutes to train instead of the hour.
- Waiver Form must be signed prior to the start of our first session together.
- Media Release by making payment and signing up you give Nick Aldiero and Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC permission to use your child's pictures and or video on all social media platforms.
