Private 1 on 1 Term's & Conditions
By becoming a client of Nick Aldiero Basketball, you agree to the following terms.
- Refund Policy - We offer no refunds for any reason or circumstance. All sales are final.
- Missed Session Policy - Coach Aldiero has a zero tolerance policy for a missed session. If you miss a session, you will forfeit the session. If you communicate with Coach Aldiero 48 hours before the session or sooner, you will receive a makeup session within a 6 day period. If you do not complete the make-up session within 6 days, you will forfeit the session.
- Rain Policy - In the event of rain we will train ball handling, footwork & passing under the gazebo at the park in Brick Twp.
- Gym Rental If you wish to train indoors, you are responsible for finding and paying the fee of the indoor facility. Coach Aldiero can help you find a facility but will have nothing to do with the logistics of locking down the gym. That will be between yourself and whoever rents out the gym.
- Payment Policy - Your spot is not secured until full payment is made. Until payment is made then we do not have plans to train. Payment must be made in advance prior to the start of the session online.
- Training Contract - By making payment you are agreeing to the full commitment of the agreed upon training option. Sessions do not carry over outside the time frame for any option. If the sessions are not completed in the timely manner than you have forfeited those sessions. For example: A 12 week commitment must be completed within those 12 weeks and do not carry until a further time frame outside those 12 weeks.
- Time - We will start and end exactly on time. For example: If our start time is 10am and you arrive at 10:10am you now only have 50 minutes left in your session. Your time will not be extended for being late.
- Pick up - You must pick your child up on time.
- No Coaching - There is a no coaching, talking to, distracting or yelling from the sideline at your child during training. Coach Aldiero does not work with parents who do those above.
- Waiver Form must be signed prior to the start of our first session together.
