Being on Time & Prepared

By signing up for our program you are agreeing to be on time and arrive 5-10 minutes prior to our training sessions start time. We are looking to work with dedicated players. Players must be on time & prepared.

 Spectator Policy

Parents may watch however, there is a strict NO COACHING, Distracting or yelling of your child or to anyone else. Any spectator doing this will be asked to leave the gym.

Program alterations

Coach Nick Aldiero reserves the right to make changes to any of the programs at any time under his discretion.

Injury Liability and Media Release

Release Of Injury Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in personal fitness assessments, training activities and programs of Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC and to use its leased or owned facilities, equipment and services, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I do hereby forever waive, release and discharge Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others acting on their behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to my person and/or property, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf, arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities, programs or services of Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC or the use of any equipment at various sites, including home, provided by and/or recommended by Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC. 
I have been informed of, understand and am aware that strength, flexibility and aerobic exercise, including the use of equipment, is a potentially hazardous activity. I also have been informed of, understand and am aware that fitness activities involve a risk of injury, including a remote risk of death or serious disability, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and machinery with full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the dangers involved. I acknowledge that either I have had a physical examination and have been given my physician's permission to participate or I have decided to participate in the exercise activities, programs and use of equipment without the approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation in said activities, programs and use of equipment. I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death.

Release of Media Form

I hereby grant Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC and their agents, the absolute right and permission to use photographic portraits, pictures, or digital images of My Child, or in which My Child may be included in whole or part, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise for any lawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in any sports publication, social media, or website of any entity within the Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC building, without payment or any other consideration. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, wherein My Child’s likeness appears, or the use to which it may be applied. 

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC, or any agent/entity within Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC, from all claims, demands, and causes of action that I or My Child have or may have by reason of this authorization or use of My Child’s photographic portraits, pictures, or digital images, including any liability by virtue of any blurring,distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said images or in processing tending towards the completion of the finished product, including publication to the internet, in brochures, or any other advertisements or promotional materials.
