Payments

Payment is processed by charging your credit card on file every 30 or 90 days depending on the option you chose.

Payment is automatically renewed till canceled at least 30 days or more prior to your next payment.

Your payment date will NOT be the same each month. The reason for that is sometimes there is less or more than 30 days in a month. 

Once payment goes through players have 30 days to complete their sessions in their assigned day if signed up for our monthly option.

Once payment goes through players have 90 days to complete their sessions in their assigned day if signed up for our 3 month plan option.

Training sessions do not carry over to any other time frame or other group.

For example: If your payment goes through on July 1st and you are on our monthly plan training on Sundays. Then your athlete must complete their 4 sessions between July 1st & July 31st (30 day time frame from when payment goes through)

Refund Policy

The Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC Payment and Refund policy is in place to protect our integrity, as well as the moral and hard working athletes in our program. 

We have a no-refund policy in place to protect the integrity of our company and our customers. 

This includes all physical products, digital training programs, personal online coaching, Group Skills Membership, 3 on 3 programs, 1 on 1 private training, clinics, camps & Zoom training. 

Under no circumstance do we offer refunds within the program. If you cannot agree to the terms and conditions, our programs will not be suitable for your child.  

Nick Aldiero Basketball customers are serious about developing in basketball, period. 

If you have any customer support questions before purchasing a program, we are always here to help.

Excessive refund requests will be blacklisted from our community and not be accepted.

If you are a committed parent purchasing one of our products - you agree to our terms on this website.

We stand firm in our policy and there are no exceptions.

If your payment goes through & you forgot to cancel you will not be refunded.

We protect the integrity of each player, parent or coach who uses our programs.

30 Day Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your membership you must contact us at least 30 days prior to your next payment going through.

If you try to cancel on day 29 then you have missed the cut off of 30 days and are locked into another month or 90 days of training. Yes, we are that particular about it. 

For example: If your payment goes through on Sept 1st and you are on our monthly plan. You must contact us on Sept 1st (that same day) or sooner in order to cancel. If you contact us on Sept 2nd that payment will be going through and charging your card for another month of training. That charge will stand & no refund will be issued for any reason or circumstance.

If you're on our 90 Day recurring payment plan you still must cancel within 30 days written notice or more as well.

For example: If your next payment is set to go through on Oct 1st. You have to cancel your membership on Sept 1st or sooner. If canceled on Sept 2nd, your card will be charged again & you will be signed up for another 3 months of training. 

Children cannot cancel for there parents. Must be done by parents/guardians by communicating with Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC in written notice. 

Cancellation must be done in written notice by sending an email to [email protected] or by texting 732 908 2315

There are no exceptions to this policy.

Missing Training Sessions

There are no make ups or credits for missing training sessions. If you do not use it, you lose it and have forfeited that session.

Other training days, camps or clinics cannot be used as make up sessions for missing your assigned group.

Returning to group after proper cancellation

If you cancel abiding by the 30 Day Cancellation policy, you may return to the group whenever you'd like however, upon returning the investment will be what all new players entering the program are paying. Which may be at a higher rate. You are not locked into your rate after cancelling.

Failed Payments

If your card payment fails you will have 24 hours to put a new card on file or your athlete will not be able to participate. 

Disputes 

There are no exceptions to our terms.  By signing up you are agreeing to them. If you can not agree to our terms than our program is not for your child. Any dispute that goes against our terms will be handled with an email of screen shots of this page showing you where all the information is stated. You are responsible for this information and for setting any alerts or reminders for yourself. 

Being on Time & Prepared

By signing up for our program you are agreeing to be on time and arrive 10 minutes early to our training sessions. We are looking to work with dedicated players. Players must be on time & prepared.

Indoor Training Spectator Policy

There are no spectators/parents allowed in the gym during indoor training. The reason for this is players can work on their skills in a pressure free, non distracted environment. We also use the entire gym and all six baskets so we want as much room as possible.

Outdoor Training Spectator Policy

Parents may watch outdoors because sound travels different outdoors in an open area. However, there is a strict NO COACHING or Distracting of your child. 

Program alterations

Coach Nick Aldiero reserves the right to make changes to any of the programs at any time under his discretion.

Liability  

Nick Aldiero, Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC and anyone working for him is not liable for any injury, harm or illness to you or your child. You understand the risk involved and do not hold us responsible in anyway shape or form. By signing up & checking the terms & conditions box for you are agreeing not to sue Nick Aldiero, Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC or any people working for the business. 

 Media Release

You are granting permission to Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC, hereinafter known as the “Media” to use your child's image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications such as any social media platform or instructional videos. 

You are waiving any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.
