Terms & Conditions for Game Evaluations
No Refunds / No Credit Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds/make ups or credits for any reason including but no limited to lack of playing time and or lack of communication due to changes.
Missed Zoom Call - You must let Coach Aldiero know 48 hours before the scheduled call that your child will not be able to attend the call. If it is after 48 hours prior than you have forfeited the zoom call for your child and it will not be made up and no refund or partial refund will be given.
Zoom Call - The Zoom call must be done within 7 days of the game.
Child did not play that much - Coach Aldiero will still be evaluating when they are in the game and on the bench in terms of their attitude, body language and being a good teammate. Coach Aldiero will not be returning to watch another game or refunding money for the reason of lack of playing time.
Communication - If Coach Aldiero attends a game & you did not let him know within 48 hours advanced notice that your child wasn't able to play, make it to the game or a schedule change then the charge will stand and their will be no make up game or refund. It is extremely important to communicate with Coach Aldiero right away so this does not happen. His time is very limited and valuable.
Travel distance/time - The location of your child's game must be within a 20 minute drive where Coach Aldiero lives in Brick, NJ. Travel fees will apply for more miles or longer length of drive time.

We close for all government observed holidays. This policies and procedures applies to all Nick Aldiero Basketball products sold on this site or any other site owned by Nick Aldiero Basketball (programs in our training library or any affiliate offer). Billing Address
Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
Payments and Refund Policy
The Nick Aldiero Basketball Payment and Refund policy is in place to protect our integrity, as well as the moral and hard working athletes in our program.
We have a no-refund policy in place to protect the integrity of our company and our customers.
This includes all digital training programs, personal online coaching, all zoom programs, 1-1 In person private training, in person group skills training, our seasonal camps/clinics & game evaluations.
Under no circumstance do we offer refunds within the program. If you cannot agree to the terms and conditions, our programs will not be suitable for your child.
Nick Aldiero Basketball customers are serious about developing in basketball, period.

Excessive refund requests will be blacklisted from our community and not be accepted.
