*Saturdays in Belmar at Municipal Building 8:45am - 9:45am (day changes throughout year)

No Refund/Credit Policy: There are no refunds/credits or make up sessions for not attending or being able to physically participate at your in person training session. If you do not use it you lose it regardless of reason or circumstance. No other programs can be used as a replacement for our Committed Player Program days. Other players are not able to take your athlete's spot (even siblings). Anything not used is considered forfeited. There is always a risk in events occurring that may prevent participating. You take on that risk by joining.
30 Day Cancellation Policy: In order to stop payment from automatically renewing you must cancel at least 30 days prior to your next payment in writing either via email to [email protected]. Failure to do so will result in your payment auto renewing in our system.

For Example: If your next payment is set to go through on Dec 1st...you must cancel in writing via email on Nov 1st or sooner to cancel your subscription payment. Nov 2nd would be considered late & the Dec 1st automatic payment will go through.
Auto Renewal: Payment automatically renews every 3, 6 or 12 mo until canceled 30 days or more prior to your next payment date in writing via email ([email protected])
Major Holidays: We will not train on major, Xmas, New Years Day or Thanksgiving but other holidays training can still happen depending on if the gym is open still.
Changes: Prices are always subject to change for anyone not enrolled in the program or former members that cancel & return.
Failed Payment: If your card payment fails you have 12 hours to replace your card on file. All training for your athlete will stop until the payment goes through. No make ups are given for time missed as a result of failed payments.
Important Reminders: It is your responsibility as a member of our committed player program to set time/date reminders that pertain to your subscription. We do not send out reminders for your particular situation.
Spectator Policy: There is no coaching, yelling or distracting of players during our training sessions. Spectators must wait to speak with your athlete till after the session is over unless there is an emergency or injury.
Liability: Nick Aldiero Basketball LLC, Nick Aldiero or any other coaches in the program are NOT liable for any injuries that occur to your athlete.
